Special Matzos Dish for Passover

This week it's Passover, so here's a very special matzos dish from Tamara Dudelzak.
For those who have never seen a matza - a matza is an unleavened bread made from flour and water, eaten on Passover by Jews (mostly religious or semi-religious). The reason it's eaten is because the Israeli people in the old times, who ran away from ancient Egypt had no time to wait for the bread to swell up, so they ate matzos.
One more thing about matzos - it's not very tasty (to say the least...).
