Hands Arch Sculpture - Zhao Suikang

Hands sculpture by Zhao Suikang

"With lighting elements from ground and inside of hands, sculpture forearms extending upward from each side of the entry to station, and form an arch through which the pedestrians pass. Sculpture is threaded by an open, lacy pattern of bronze (light color) woven into text in a variety of languages that are translated from Native American Proverbs."

You can see this 21 feet high hands in Dorsey Station, Phoenix Metro Light Rail.

This wonderful sculpture could be used also in my Spaghetti Designs post.
